Are EZhikers easy to install?
A: EZhikers can be installed without tools in less than 5 minutes!

Do EZhikers fit all hiking sticks?
A: EZhikers come with shims that allow attachment to various diameter sticks. We haven't found a hiking stick that EZhikers doesn't work with! EZhikers are not compatible with folding hiking sticks.

What is your shipping policy?

A: Free standard shipping to anywhere in the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii will have added shipping cost at checkout. All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. email. You will receive another notification when order is shipped. 

What is your return policy?
A:  We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
